What goes on the counter.
We don’t sell hardware — bring your own. Here is what a typical counter uses with CopilotCart, and why.
An iPad
Runs the register. Any recent iPad works — walk up, scan or tap a product, and charge it.
Stripe Terminal S710 reader
Takes the card. It pairs to the iPad over Wi-Fi and talks to Stripe directly, so a card number never touches the iPad itself.
Epson TM-m30III receipt printer + cash drawer
Prints and reprints the receipt, and pops the drawer open on a cash sale — the register tells it when.
Socket S720 barcode scanner
Scans a barcode straight into the register. An item it has never seen before gets its name filled in from a 442,181-code USDA database, so you only have to key the price.
Any tablet
Runs the kitchen screen or the self-order kiosk. No specific model required — just a browser and Wi-Fi.
Any TV with a browser
Runs a TV menu board. A streaming stick or a smart TV's own browser both work — point it at the board's URL once.
None of it is required to start.
The trial runs on whatever you already have — a laptop for the back office, a browser for a TV board, a phone or tablet to try the kiosk.
