Built on a real counter, not a pitch deck.
CopilotCart started on a working deli counter in Brooklyn — the kiosk, the kitchen screen, the register and the TV board all had to work through an actual shift before they went anywhere else. If a feature didn’t survive a Saturday rush, it didn’t ship.
Today it runs seven stores end to end, from a self-order kiosk to the back office that reports what was sold and what tax was collected on it.
What we believe
One catalog
A price, a photo or a sold-out item should only need to be changed once — not once per screen.
Your own Stripe account
The money is yours; we charge a subscription for the software, never a percentage of a sale.
Pay for software, not for volume
Growing shouldn't cost more per order just because the software made the sale possible.
